How We Work

Gathering Requirements

Requirements Gathering is the process of generating a list of requirements (functional, system, technical, etc.) from the relevant stakeholders related to this application.

Proposal & Timelines

Based on the requirements gathered detailed proposal with the Software Requirement Specifications, Technologies and Architecture along with the detailed timeline will be given.

Finalizing UIs

Wireframes and User interfaces will be designed based on the requirements gathered and changes to the interfaces and finalization of the user interfaces for the application will be done.

Application Development

CI/CD approaches will be followed. Weekly meetings will be arranged to present the demos and the status. These meetings will help both the parties to be on the same page.

UATs & Bug Fixes

Integration Testing/System testing will be followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which will be done by the client to accept the project. Fixes will be made of there are any bugs found.

Final Delivery

All the deliverables that was agreed initally such as Credentials, Source files and all other related documents will be submitted and the payments will be made after the Project Completion Agreement.

Maintenance

Periodic and Monthly maintenance will be done based on the maintenance package you choose. We offer 3 month free maintenance for all our solutions.
